THE CURRICULUM

Twelve modules. One arc.
The truth deepens.

The Leadership Truth curriculum is a 12-module executive development program built on the premise that leadership begins with truth — the truths leaders avoid, the truths they distort, and the truths they have yet to discover.

Each module moves leaders deeper into self-awareness, relational courage, and systemic insight. The curriculum is not a competency checklist. It is a confrontation with reality.

The 12 modules are organized into a progressive arc — from awakening to legacy — but designed as a spiral, not a staircase. Leaders return to the same essential truths at increasing levels of depth.

The 12 Modules

Module 1: The Invitation to Truth

Stage: Awakening

"What you avoid defines you more than what you pursue."

The executive development foundational module. Leaders encounter the Truth Triangle and begin mapping the gap between their leadership persona and the leader they actually are. Everything that follows depends on what begins here.

Module 2: The Leadership Shadow

Stage: Awakening

"Your greatest strength is hiding your greatest limitation."

Drawing from Jungian psychology adapted for the executive context, this module explores how every leadership strength carries a corresponding limitation — the decisive leader becomes the steamroller, the empathic leader becomes the conflict-avoider. Leaders trace their patterns to their origins.

Module 3: The Stories You Tell

Stage: Confrontation

"You don't have a leadership problem. You have a narrative problem."

Every leader operates inside a narrative that feels like reality but is a construction. This module brings dominant narratives into the light and examines them with the same rigor a leader would apply to a business strategy.

Module 4: The Weight of Power

Stage: Confrontation

"Power doesn't corrupt. It reveals."

The module leaders often resist and most need. Explores the psychology of power — the gap in executive development between how leaders believe they use their authority and how others actually experience it.

Module 5: Trust as Architecture

Stage: Integration

"Trust isn't built in big moments. It's built in the small ones you ignore."

Trust is not a personality trait — it is an engineering challenge. This module treats trust as something designed, built, maintained, and repaired through specific, observable, repeatable behaviors.

Module 6: The Courageous Conversation

Stage: Integration

"The conversation you're avoiding is the one your organization needs most."

Where the curriculum moves from awareness to action. Leaders practice compassionate directness — the capacity to tell a difficult truth with both clarity and care — using their actual avoided conversations.

Module 7: Emotional Intelligence at the Edge

Stage: Integration

"Your reaction speed is faster than your wisdom. That's the problem."

Every leader has an edge — a point beyond which emotional regulation fails. This module uses neurologically grounded tools for managing reactivity in the moments that matter most.

Module 8: Decision-Making Under Complexity

Stage: Expansion

"Certainty is a leadership drug. Sobriety is seeing what's actually there."

Challenges the addiction to certainty and builds the capacity to hold ambiguity, tolerate not knowing, and resist the seductive pull of premature closure. Introduces cognitive biases and systems thinking vital to executive development.

Module 9: Leading Teams Through Truth

Stage: Expansion

"A team that can't tell the truth to each other can't tell the truth to the market."

Takes everything learned about individual truth-telling and applies it to the team level — creating cultures of candor through specific behavioral norms.

Module 10: The Organizational Ecosystem

Stage: Expansion

"You are not just in the system. You are the system."

Expands the aperture to the organizational level. Leaders see themselves not as actors within a system but as architects of the system itself — every culture gap traces back to leadership behavior.

Module 11: Leadership Identity and Legacy

Stage: Legacy

"The question isn't what you've built. It's who you've become while building it."

Returns to identity with everything learned in between. Leaders consciously author their leadership identity — integrating purpose, values, strengths, shadows, and commitments.

Module 12: The Ongoing Spiral

Stage: Legacy

"The truth doesn't end. It deepens."

Both an ending and a beginning. Integrates all twelve modules into a coherent understanding and an actionable plan for ongoing development. Closes with The Truth Commitment.
