The Leadership Truth provides executive advisory services including 1:1 Strategic Leadership Advisory, Executive Team Advisory, Leadership Groups, keynote speaking, offsite facilitation, and the Truth Diagnostic assessment. All engagements are governed by these terms unless superseded by a separate written agreement.
Investment amounts are as quoted in the applicable service proposal or engagement agreement. Invoices are issued monthly. Payment is due within 15 business days of invoice date. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. A 50% deposit is required before the first session of any new engagement.
Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at full session rate. Rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice incurs no penalty. Chronic cancellation (three or more in a 90-day period) may result in engagement review.
All information shared during advisory sessions — by the client, by team members, or by the advisor — is strictly confidential. The Leadership Truth will not disclose client participation, session content, assessment results, or any proprietary client information to any third party without explicit written consent.
In team engagements, individual session content is never shared with other team members or organizational leadership without the individual’s explicit permission.
The Leadership Truth curriculum, assessments, frameworks, worksheets, and all associated materials are the proprietary intellectual property of The Leadership Truth. Clients receive a personal license to use materials for their own development during and after the engagement. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
The Leadership Truth provides executive advisory services. This is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. While the work draws from psychological frameworks, it is not a substitute for professional mental health care. Clients experiencing mental health concerns are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding invoices become immediately due. Unused prepaid sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, less a 15% administrative fee.
For in-person engagements outside the Greater Vancouver area, travel expenses (airfare, accommodation, ground transportation, meals) are billed separately at cost. A travel estimate will be provided and approved before any travel is booked.
The Leadership Truth’s total liability for any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that engagement. The Leadership Truth is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Vancouver, BC, before either party may pursue other remedies.
